Responsibilities :

- Reading Project Plans: Interpret and understand project plans, drawings, and specifications to guide the construction process effectively

- Site Supervision: Oversee construction sites, ensuring that all activities are conducted safely and in accordance with project specifications.

​- Task Delegation: Allocate responsibilities and tasks to crew members and other workers based on project priorities and plans

​

- Safety Enforcement: Emphasize the safe use of tools and equipment, enforcing the proper use of safety gear such as hard hats and safety glasses.

Machinery Oversight: Supervise the use of machinery and equipment, ensuring they are operated safely and efficiently.

​

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site promptly and effectively. 

​

Requirements and Skills:

- Adhere to all safety standards and guidelines.

- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday.

- Possession of a valid U.S. driver's license.

- Physical capability to squat, stretch, bed, and lift up to 80lbs; must be physically fit

- Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and a proactive mindset

- Proficient in safely operating and inspecting required power and hand tools

- Successful completion of employment verification, criminal background check, and drug screening

- Supervisory or foreman experience in relevant fields.

- Strong customer service skills for effective communication with customers and administration.

- Leadership skills for effective task delegation.

- Time-management skills to meet project deadlines

- Work outside in all-weather elements

- Coordinating daily tasks based on priorities and plans, adjusting for weather, supply, delivery, and personnel changes

- Complete and turn in daily job logs and work orders daily

 

Work Hours and Benefits

 Schedule

- Flexibility in hours may be required to accommodate project needs and crew availability

- Slow Season - four 10 hours days

- Busy Season - five 10-12 hours days & Saturdays 6 hours days

Pay: Competitive hourly wage based on experience and qualifications
