Job Requirements:
- A minimum of three years of experience in a farm or commercial environment
skills in welding, fabrication, and industrial equipment installation is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
-Electrical background is recommended but not needed.
-Trouble shooting experience.
-Regular and timely attendance is essential.
-Must be willing to work weekends and long hours if needed.
.-General mechanical ability with experience using various powered and cordless tools.
- Previous experience working on grain systems is a plus.
- Actively participate in and implement safety programs.
- Ability to learn and adhere to written rules and procedures.
- Must be able to climb stairs, lift over 50 pounds, sit, kneel, and stand for extended periods, work in confined spaces, and work at exceeding 50 feet.
